Audit Committee  

An annual independent audit of the Society's financial records shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Audit Committee shall annually recommend to the Board of Directors an accounting firm to conduct such an audit. Members of the committee are approved annually by the Board of Directors.
