Description Derrick announces new advances in wet, fine screening technology. The Derrick Stack Sizer, a patented high-volume, wet sizing screen, offers industrial mineral producers both high-capacity and high-separation efficiency on extremely small footprint. Key to the success of the Stack Sizer is its use of non-blinding, abrasion resistant urethane screens, also developed by Derrick. For years, Derrick has manufactured high, open-area urethane screen surfaces, with a full range of openings from 6.2 mm (1/4 inch) down to as fine as 45 microns (325 mesh) and open-area percentages as high as 45%.
