Description Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers is a non-profit private organization founded in 1943, which main purpose is to link professionals and executives from the mining industry and to disseminate any knowledge acquired in science and mining technology for the development of mining in Peru. With this objective, it organizes first rank events such as the PERUMIN – Mining Convention, the International Congress of Prospectors and Explorers – PROEXPLO, the International Congress of Community Relationship, and recently, the International Congress on Mining Management.
