Description Mine Cable Services Corp. designs and manufacturers high-voltage cable coupler systems covering 600 volts to 25kV. These systems are used in both open pit and underground mining activities. In addition, MCS has developed vulcanizing equipment to repair electrical cable used in mining operations in such a manner to bring the cable back to original specifications. MCS also manufactures a variety of strain relief clamps, mining cross-over mats, cable handling and safety equipment, cable reelers, all of which are designed for electrical systems. In addition to the mining sector, MCS also services and supplies container ports, forestry mills, and tunneling operations on 5 continents.
