International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association
The Underground Construction Association (UCA) serves as the accredited U.S. delegate to the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (ITA) with the goal of connecting American practitioners in the underground construction industry to a global network of professionals and the exchanging of expertise.
Founded in 1974 by the initiative of nineteen Nations, the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (ITA) gathers 78 Member Nations and 300 corporate or individual Affiliate Members and promotes tunneling through their General Assembly which is hosted at the occasion of the yearly World Tunnel Congress.
