A special workshop panel session at the Cutting Edge Conference will provide an overview of the ASCE Gold Book update effort, summarize responses to the survey, and solicit additional feedback. Join your colleagues and participate in this session.

Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) & UCA Survey

The Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) and UCA asks that you take just a few minutes to complete the following industry survey on DRB use/practice so that your valuable insights and opinions can be heard.

As part of a recent industry forum on the State of the Practice for DRB Use, we solicited input from a small representative group made up of an Underground Contractor, an Attorney, a DRB Board Member/Practitioner and an Owner’s Representative from a large Transit Organization. The results of that forum will be presented in an upcoming paper at the North American Tunneling (NAT) Conference in Philadelphia, PA in June of 2022.

This survey will attempt to expand the input to the industry at large and results will be used to help improve DRB Guidelines and Practice going forward.
