PAY RANGE:

$70,000 - $90,000 DOE

BONUS:

8% bonus potential based upon achievement of defined goals

401(K):

3% automatic safe-harbor match plus 80% elective deferral match of the first 5% contributed by the employee

SCHEDULE:

Hybrid work schedule – 2 Days in the office, 3 Days Remote

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development and maintenance of system software independently or under the direction of a Senior Software Developer or System Architect.

Apply your knowledge of SDLC concepts to a structured process that enables the production of high-quality, low-cost software, in the shortest possible production time. The right candidate will bring their experience with best practices, an understanding of new and evolving technologies, and the ability to derive comprehensive requirements while uncovering dependencies. This role will require that you bring your expertise to our effective team environment to develop clean well-documented code that addresses business requirements with a keen eye toward reusable components.

Relies on experience, judgment, and established procedures to design and implement software solutions using independent thinking, team collaboration, creativity, and a great can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design system interfaces and prepare associated diagrams/documentation.
  • Create web-based user interfaces.
  • Develop internal and customer reports.
  • Create data access components and stored procedures.
  • Participate in the development and adoption of standards and procedures.

 

System support:

  • Configure/Administer desktop applications.
  • Monitor system status and performance.
  • Support requested data retrievals.
  • Perform database analysis and administration tasks.
  • Assist with system upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot system issues as part of Tier 3 support.

 

Administrative:

  • Record time spent on assigned projects and tasks (weekly)
  • Mentor and manage sub-projects and tasks
  • Prepare status reports, as required by specific projects

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

3 Years of Experience with:

  • C#, ASP.NET MVC
  • MS SQL Server (queries and stored procedures)
  • UI experience to include Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery & CSS
  • Object-oriented design and programming experience
  • Common version control and team collaboration methods and tools (Visual Studio, Git, Teams, and Zoom)
  • General IT troubleshooting skills and regression testing techniques
